Ruining Relationships

Hello! I recently found myself to enjoy this trope quite a bit, where a couple's bodies and/or minds are altered in a way that ruins their relationship, erasing years of history and leaving them unable to ever be together again. There are quite a few examples of these stories on this site and on MC Stories, but do you happen to know any other stories in that genre? Which are your favorite?
