looking for intense surgical downgrade story

I'm looking for stories that have female or male is having intense downgrade surgery.
Anybody knows about some qualified long stories that this particular elements in it?

I would like to find a skillful writer who can write extreme mtf surgical downgrade sequences with a long solid story.

Yeah, I'm the mtf guy, but I saw some really good ftf downgrade surgical transformation story in this site and deviantart before. I just want to find what it was and want to request a commission to the author if the author is fine with it. Also want to find more ftf mtm surgical downgrade stories since I've already found all the mtf downgrade stories in the internet

I've saw degradeddamsels before even though I'm not a big fan of amputees...
I'm looking for the story that a pretty girl undergoes surgeries and modifications which makes her eventually nerdy geeky girl which involves BR, eye-sight change, height reduction. As I remember I think I've seen this story in this site that is also available in deviantart too. Any Idea?

+ I think the story's protagonist girl's name was Lisa or Sarah kind of thing. Just remembered

Yeah, I remember that I saw this story before and I thought that was the one... but I remember that the story was on the Deviantart too. This one seems like not posted on deviantart. Maybe the author deleted the deviantart account.. maybe this story is the one I'm looking for.
