TG world change by witches story?

I'm looking for an older story similar to Wyrdey's "Boys Can't Play Basketball". My recollection is that over a period of a few weeks, a coven of witches makes periodic feminizing changes to men (high voices, long hair, narrow waists, tiny feet, big boobs, etc) worldwide, the effects of which were illustrated by a school football team. At the end, the witches decide that they'd prefer to have their men back, and return things to normal. Ring any bells to anyone?
