any stories or comics where a person can edit the photo of a person and it transforms the person and change their reality?

This sort of happens in the episode Sabrina Unplugged (season 7, episode 6) in the old live action Sabrina the Teenage Witch, which you can find streaming on Amazon Prime and Parmount Plus. (I tried to find an easy piracy link, but my search was fruitless.)

Basically, Sabrina magics herself inside a computer in order to get some files, and she gets stuck in the computer when the power goes out. Then in the morning, when her coworker turns the computer on he thinks she's just an image in photoshop, and edits her so that she looks like a typical blonde bimbo. When she gets out, she's unable to change clothes or hair style, so she has to go around the episode looking like that, while noticing the lack of respect a lot of men now treat her with.
