Guy convinces his girlfriend to get breast implants (which she immediately regrets), and then they accidentally swap bodies and he has to live with even bigger versions of the implants. Not a hugely long story, and the 'dealing with them' is not continued further than the immediate scene, but a good story nonetheless.

Unfortunately not that I know of, overflowingbra keep all their stories in zips. Seeing as the author hasn't written for many years, and overflowingbra seems to be the only place to read those 2 particular stories, I'll post here in the stories section.

Unwelcome breast growth is an element I use in a number of my stories. My very first story 'Countermove' involved an athletic wrestler who's the champion of her league suddenly having to deal with a slow transformation from fit athlete to soft bimbo body and trying to win an important tournament even as her body changes. She has to start using strategic moves instead of natural athletic ability because she has to work around her growing breasts. However, it was my very first story and brings with it all the glorious mistakes of a rookie erotic writer. It's also pretty long. But if any of the above sounds like it might work, it's here:

There was a hilarious comedic story on MCStories, spoofing fantasy cliches. The main character was an adventuring hero, who kept "outgrowing" her functional, plate amour, dropping it bit by bit. By the end of it, she reached the center of the maze she was crawling through in a porn-tier chainmail bikini and with bombshell figure, while the fey responsible for all of this easily overpowered her due to now being defenseless, petite eye-candy and just added to the harem of other former adventurers, all incredibly busty and curvy. The character constantly kept having issues through the story due to the fact that she was flat as board at the start and was completely not used to any sort of weight on her chest, while ending up very well endowed and simply strained by the weight.
Unfortunately, it got taken down and I can't find it using svengali or any of the online archivers
