Looking for College weight gain story?

I'm looking for a story I think posted to this forum but after a lot of work can't find it.

It's about a girl who goes to college and gains weight. That's vague but the writing specifically mentions she's a very attractive but doesn't date in HS but then starts sampling more of the male population. Also there's scene very early on where her new friend find her passed out with a domed belly beside a pizza box with two slices left and when they come back later she's polished off the slices. The writing is really great though plot may sound familiar. Any help would be appreciated
