Bimbo TF by video tape?

So I could be completely botching the story I'm trying to look for. But the overall idea is that I think a private investigator or new reporter is doing a story and she gets caught up watching a video tape that turns her into a bimbo by midnight. Again, I could be completely wrong! But I remember the ending, she was tied up and pretty much forced to watch herself change as the clocked ticked down to midnight. If anyone could help me out that would be amazing!
