***I just recently began playing a mobile game called BitLife where you can basically control the choices a person makes from birth to death. (If you haven't played it, I'd suggest giving it a shot!) From that game I got an idea for a story. Hope you guys enjoy it!***

Jeremy and his girlfriend were spending an early Saturday morning hanging out in Mandy's room. Mandy was on her phone playing a game called BitLife while Jeremy watched her play. It looked like a fun game. Basically like a simplified, albeit a more adult version of The Sims. His eyes scanned over a few choices for a job; Trucker, janitor, brain surgeon, exotic dancer, yoga instructor... The options were limitless.

"Wow... this game will let you become a stripper?!?"

Mandy looked over at him and smirked. "Yeah... they even have options to become an escort or even a porn star. You can basically do anything in this game that you can in real life. I haven't tried any of those jobs yet because I wanted to see how successful I could actually be in the game."

Mandy very much liked to play it safe in games like that and even more so in real life and it showed. Her room was utterly immaculate yet not, due to the astounding amount of awards, trophies and certificates that decorated her walls. She had a few bookshelves packed to the brim with long winded books, drawings and paintings.

"Oh dang!!" She said as the screen filled with red. The synonymous Marche Funèbre by Chopin played through the phone's small speakers. The song that someone would first think of when it came to death.

She sighed. "Aww damnit!! Done in by old age!! Take a look at this! My character lived to be 115! She had ten kids, seven grand kids, three great grand kids, and was well off with over $3.5 million in the bank. See if you can beat that babe!" She squealed triumphantly.

Her boyfriend pulled his eyes away from his own phone and sighed. "I don't know how to play yet... can you show me the ropes?"

"Aww the newby wants to learn from the master." She said playfully poking him in the side.

He rolled over onto his side and began tickling her causing her to laugh and squeal wildly. "Oh getting to be a bit full of yourself huh??"

She nodded playfully before Jeremy easily pulled her up and started kissing her.

Their flirting soon turned to kissing which led to groping and then to Jeremy sliding his fingers down under the waistband of his girlfriends jeans, under her basic white cotton panties and began teasing the lips of her aching sex.

Mandy Owens was a senior in high school and the world was her oyster. She was about to graduate with honors thanks to her unmatched intelligence. She had slightly thin lips, and a bit of a narrow nose. But she had one real attention getter, and those were her deep sapphire eyes that seemed to glisten and burst with intelligence. They drew him in every time he peered into them. She typically only wore a light dusting of makeup and most often left her hair up in a simple ponytail. She was involved in all sorts of academic activities which included being in the honor society as well as being the president of the school yearbook team and science team. But even with her vastly superior intelligence, she had a few crippling issues that effected her life immensely. One being that she rarely stood up or spoke for herself, so she was often a target of bullying and ridicule by some of the popular girls. She would often keep her head down as she walked from class to class and try to not get in anyone's way.

Mandy honestly didn't know why Jeremy had asked her out in the first place. He could've gotten any girl he ever wanted but he chose her... He was heavy into football and used his size to his advantage standing at six foot four weighing two hundred and forty two pounds. He also lifted weights and typically went on jogs three to four times a week. Just because he was the top jock at their school, it didn't mean he was a meathead. The opposite if anything. That was what made Mandy fall for him in the first place was his impeccable mind. His grades were nearly as impressive as his girlfriends and they had been together long enough to discuss finding schools near each other so after high school they could still be together. He was planning on attending Boston University to become a criminal justice lawyer while she was going to go to M.I.T. to study to become a Biology Scientist.

"Well I can be full of myself when I'm just so incredibly badass." She said breathing heavily from the arousal she was currently feeling from his fingers sliding in and out of her. "That and I heavily doubt you could ever come close to 115!" She said between sharp pleasure filled gasps. Her hips were beginning to buck from sharp jolts of want.

"Think we could finally go all the way tonight hun?"

She stopped and sighed suddenly looking at him. "Look... I've told you numerous times babe. I'm waiting til marriage... And yes to answer your question, I don't have any doubts about us. Not in the slightest... I just want it to be special. I want it to be the most memorable night of our lives."

"But hey! Maybe we should head to the mall today! We should go pick up a Nintendo Switch so we can play some Mario Party or some Mario Kart! Could be alot of fun!"

Jeremy smiled and gave her a slow, gentle kiss. "That sounds great baby! How'd I get to be so lucky to snag such an amazing girl?"

Mandy blushed. "I'm not that great..." She said looking down.

"Are you kidding? I love you so much Mandy Brittney Owens! You mean everything to me!"

"Well... if you say so..." She blushed.

"But wait... how can we afford to get one?"

She smiled. "Well I have been saving all of my babysitting money for a rainy day!"

"Oh I love you!!" He said pulling her in for a kiss.


***At the mall***


The mall was massive. It was a maze full of many high dollar clothing, makeup, jewelry stores and everything in between. It had already started out large, but after a recent addition, it had nearly quadrupled in size. They were walking towards the game shop in the old part of the mall when they bumped into a few familiar, but not too friendly faces.

"Well look who it is... The scarecrow with an actual brain and the courageous lion!" A rather curvy and stunning brunette growled while eye balling Jeremy.

A redhead joined the brunette's side. They both recognized her as none other than Becky Grace. A stacked, slut of a redhead.

Jenny Stewart had always had it out for her since she didn't let her cheat off of an english test during Freshmen year of high school.

Jeremy stepped in front of his girlfriend as if to protect her and spoke up. "Get the hell out of here and let my girlfriend and I enjoy our weekend without you two sluts messing it up."

The two girls gasped in mock surprise. "Oh wow wow... She even has him fighting her battles for her. Well... if you ever get bored of being with a twig, you know where to find us." Becky Grace laughed as the two of them turned around and headed towards a clothing store making sure to sway their hips as they walked away.

Mandy's eyes began to fill with tears. "They're right... Why would you be with someone like me, when you could be with someone as beautiful as them?"

Jeremy hugged her tight. "Hey, don't you EVER listen to them or anyone else that talks down to you. I fell in love with you because of your down to earth personality and your intelligence."

They began heading deeper into the old side of the mall where many people stayed out of due to cheaper, less desirable stores took up residence to die.

As if out of nowhere at the far end of the wall a bright green neon sign lit up an entire wall.


"NEW LIFE 4 U"


They were mysteriously drawn to the odd store and it's dark tinted windows.

The inside was just as weird. It looked like a higher end salon that was straight out of The Jetsons.

A man in a high dollar suit approached the couple. "Greetings you two and welcome to "NEW LIFE 4 U" my name is Sterling.

"So what is this place? A salon? A spa?"

He chuckled. "Well... I'm sure you've heard of BitLife..."

"NO WAY! This store was developed by BitLife!?"

Sterling nodded. "That is correct. So I'm gathering that you don't truly know what we do here..."

They both shook their heads side to side. "No, not in the slightest."

"Well... so what we do is we give our customers a new outlook on life..."

"So what? Is this like a positive life changing seminar or something?" Jeremy asked.

Sterling smiled. "No... no... no... We do just as we said. We are actually able to reprogram your mind to operate in a different light."

"How so??" Jeremy asked again.

"So this is how it works, we take a sample of your blood and our top of the line computer is actually able to find crucial moments in your life where it molded you into who you are today. We can actually go all the way back to when you were born and go year by year making mental alterations in different sections of your brain to make you think you made a different decision which in turn can help you overcome obstacles in your life now. We are even working on nanite tech right now for physical alterations as well but it's just not quite there yet." He pointed to translucent cylinders filled with a purple substance that were hooked up to each chair.

Mandy looked doubtful about it.

"Here... let me prove it to you. Your memory and personality will change almost instantly."

"My personality??"

"Correct. You'll recognize your new memories as if they were always that way yet your personality and mentality will slowly change over the next twenty four hours to match those memories so you may feel a bit off to start.

"Just take a seat here and place your right hand here." Sterling helped Mandy lower into the chrome and leather seat.

She placed her hand onto a smooth silver disc with a hand indent that was attached to her chair. A small sting infiltrated her index finger and an apparatus lowered around the top of her head and began flashing white.

"Yes. Not to worry... I'll only make a small change so as to only prove the machine's effectiveness."

The computer whirred to life as a large one hundred inch screen hanging on the wall in front of her illuminated with her whole life right before her eyes.

She shivered at seeing how chillingly accurate the details were all the way down to her hair color.

A grid showed up with multicolored bars.

"I was born a female in Salt Lake City, United States. I was conceived on my parents' honeymoon in the Bahamas in their suite."

"My name is Mandy Owens.
My father is Greg Owens, a astrophysicist (age 26)
My mother is Lucile Owens, a pediatrician (age 27)
We have a family puppy named Chance."

In the upper left hand corner it showed "Mandy Owens - Infant".

Jeremy's eyes focused on the big green button in the center labeled with a "+" symbol with the font "AGE" posted above it.

"Okay... so I will just change the details of where you were conceived. The time will roughly be the same. Maybe an hour or two difference is all. Nothing more..." He hurriedly highlighted that detail of her life and altered it.

Her eyes jittered back and forth.

"So Miss Owens, how were you concieved?"

She answered quickly like the information had always been there. She laughed bringing up the memory. "My parents wanted to wait to have sex till they got to their hotel suite, but they ended up having sex in the airplane bathroom."

"That's incredible! Absolutely incredible!" Jeremy remarked.

Mandy looked at them curiously.

"It worked Mandy!" Jeremy exclaimed.

"What worked?"

"Just look at the screen." Sterling motioned.

"I was conceived on my parents' honeymoon in the Bahamas in their suite." Was highlighted in red while the new memory next to it was highlighted in green.

"Th... that is unbelievable..." She stuttered.

Sterling smiled. "So now that I've proven what this computer can do, is there anything you WOULD like it to change?"

Jeremy was coming down from the shock. "I don't know about..."

Mandy immediately spoke up with an excited tone. "Ummm... well I would like to be more assertive..."

"Okay! Let's see what it can do." He said flexing his fingers causing them to crack.

He typed in the command. "ASSERTIVE"

He pressed the large green button in the center of the control console.


***AGE: 1 YEAR***


"My mother fed me pureed broccoli. I took it willingly even though I didn't like it."

It turned red...

A new revamped memory surfaced in her mind as text generated in green.

"My mother tried to feed me pureed broccoli. I had fun throwing the food from my high chair. Vegetables are icky!"


***AGE: 4 YEARS***


"My mother took me to the doctor to get vaccinated. I tried to remain calm as it was injected."

It turned red...

"I bit my mother when she took me to the doctor to get vaccinated."

The computer began shuddering and smoking.

Sterling began panicking.

"Oh no!! What the fuck is going on?!?!" Jeremy screamed.

"Baby?!? Is everything okay?!? Mandy cried out.

Another new command entered itself...

"NOT INTERESTED IN SCHOOL"


***AGE: 5 YEARS***


"I have been enrolled in elementary school at Felt Elementary School. A private school. It's fun!"

It turned red...

"I have been enrolled in elementary school at Felt Elementary School. I decided to drop out but my parents wouldn't let me."

Jeremy was becoming increasingly frazzled. "STOP THE FUCKING MACHINE!!! STOP IT!!!"

Sterling was quickly typing on the control console getting no response as it began smoking even more. He began beating his fists on it causing blood to seep from his hands and splatter on the metal surface.

Yet another command entered itself.

***AGE: 10 YEARS***

"DOESN'T BELIEVE IN MONOGAMY"

"CUT THE FUCKING POWER!!!" Jeremy yelled.

"I CAN'T! IT CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE HER MIND!!!"

"Jeremy!!! Turn the machine off!!!" Mandy yelled out crying.

Jeremy could only stand by as hia girlfriend's mind was further altered.

"Alexander Rogers wanted to kiss me. I told him no because he wasn't my boyfriend."

It turned red...

"I tongue-kissed Alexander Rogers. He was my first kiss. He tasted like vanilla pudding."


***AGE: 12 YEARS***

Another command...

"LOOKS ARE EVERYTHING"

The ripples in her mind began to stack up.

"I skipped school with my friend Candace Prescott. We went and threw rocks into the river."

"I skipped school and went swimming in the town poolhouse. The lifeguard caught me and told on me to the school. I was sent to Principal Addams office. A jerk. I called him an idiotic moron. I was expelled from Jefferson middle school for disciplinary issues."

"I have been enrolled at Garfield middle school. A secondary school."

"I made out with Jerry Powers. I liked it."


***AGE: 14 YEARS***


"I started high school at Jackson high."

"I was offered to consider extracurricular activities but I turned it down."

"I skipped school and got my hair and nails done so I'd drive all the boys wild!"

"I gave up my virginity and slept with Jeremy Michaels. It was great!"

"I skipped school..."

"I skipped school..."

"I skipped school..."


"AGE: 16 YEARS"

"I failed my driving test for failing to tell what a crosswalk sign was."

"I fucked the principal's son Andy Dwyer."

"I dropped out of high school."

"I was hired to work 13 hours a week as a grocery store stocker for Bud's market. They're paying me $11 an hour."


***AGE: 18 YEARS***


"I had a one night stand with my coworker Alex Johnson..."

***FINISHING RE-MAPPING***

The purple solution began to swirl within it's translucent confines as it made it's way into a mask that was lowering over Mandy's mouth and nose.

"What's happening now?!?!" Jeremy cried out.

"It looks like the nanites are activating!!!!!" Sterling cried out.

The grid with multicolored bars showed up again for the last time.

"Baby!!! Baby!!! Are you feeling okay?!?"

Mandy was acting almost as if she was drunk. She held a hand to her forehead. "Uhhh yeah... I'm feeling alright I guess... my head really hurts..."

Sterling approached them. Sweat was pouring down his face. "I am so sorry!! This had worked perfectly in trial runs... I promise once we get this back up and running, we will fix everything!!!"

Jeremy grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, picking him up off the ground. "You better!! Or I promise you there will be hell to pay!!!"

Sterling nervously scratched the top of his head. "Look... just come back tomorrow morning and I'll gladly fix all of this for you. But in the meantime, give this to her when her head clears a bit more. It may help her old personality and thought processes hold on for a bit longer." He said handing him a sheet of paper with information on it from Mandy's procedure.

Jeremy took one look at Sterling and exited the shop helping his girlfriend find her footing as they walked.

"Are you okay sweetheart?"

She looked up at him and squinted. "Yeah I think I'll be fine hun... I just feel off is all. My mind feels like it's all discombobulated..."

Jeremy honestly didn't know what to tell her. The only thing he could think of was possibly jogging her memory with photos and other things.

"Mandy... that place we were just at... well you wanted to be more assertive. It reprogrammed your mind and rewrote some of your memories to coincide with it."

"Oh yeah..." She giggled. Well good! Maybe people won't walk all over me anymore..."

Jeremy sighed. "But that's not all that happened..."

Mandy looked at him with a worried expression. "W-what do you mean?"

"Well the machine went haywire while you were hooked up to it and it did more than just make you more assertive... it... it..."

Mandy squinted her eyes at him. "What else did it do??" She asked worriedly.

He handed her the printout of everything the machine had done. Her eyes bulging out as they traveled down the document.

"It started out innocent enough... making you fight your mom when she tried to feed you broccoli puree when you were one and made you think that you don't like vegetables... But I know you like them... Maybe not broccoli or cauliflower, but I know you love brussel sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, avocados, zucchini..."

Mandy shrugged interrupting him. "B...but I don't... I don't like any of those that you just mentioned..."

She scratched her head. "It's weird... I remember all of this but none of it at the same time... I remember not getting along with my parents and arguing all the time... I remember that I love makeup and dressing up... I remember losing my virginity to you when I was fourteen and then having other numerous partners and it honestly makes me sick... I remember not really caring for school and skipping a whole bunch of times til I fucked the principal's son just to get even with him and dropped out before he could expel me and it makes me sad... and I remember getting a job at a grocery store... I can even remember how to use the cash register and that condoms go in aisle five. Why would I remember that item specifically??" She asked herself.

"See... that's what I'm trying to tell you! You love your parents and they love you! She looked up at him and touched his face with her soft hands. A tear formed in the corner of her eye and ran down her cheek. "I... I'm sorry... I don't remember any of it..."

"Here... let me take you back to your house and I'll show you first hand that what I'm saying is true..."

"Oh... okay..."

Jeremy and Mandy exited the mall slowly. Nightime was beginning to blot out the sunlight. Jeremy guided her towards her car. A loaded Subaru BRZ. As they reached it, she paused standing before it.

"This is my car???"

Jeremy continued on. "You love school... in fact, you're the smartest person I know. You've won numerous awards because of your intellect and you have already been accepted to M.I.T...."

Mandy was focusing hard trying to remember anything she possibly could, but she came up blank.

"I don't remember any of that either..."

"Well I'll try something else... maybe getting you into your room and looking at all of your awards and what not will jog your memory."

"Okay I'll try..."

"Do you want to drive or do you want me to?" Jeremy asked.

"I-I'll give it a try..." She said not sounding too sure.

Jeremy walked to the passenger side of the car while Mandy studied the car's remote and finally found the button to unlock it. As she lowered herself into the seat, she looked over and sighed.

"It's a stick... I can't drive stick..."

"But... I taught you how to drive stick..."

Mandy frowned. "Oh..."

Jeremy tried to remain positive. "Well not to worry, I can teach you again."

Jeremy jumped into the drivers seat and drove them back to her house. Mandy was scrunched up on her side with a painful gaze on her face that would randomly turn into a smile or even a smirk as if a battle was waging on inside her mind...

They pulled up and quietly opened the front door hoping to not grab anyone's attention but it was all for nothing...

"Well hey you two lovebirds! Did you guys have fun at the mall?"

Mandy pulled back for a moment as if she was about to be struck. "Ummm yeah... ran into some friends there but now we're exhausted. Would it be okay if Jeremy stayed the night tonight?"

Her mom gave her a curious gaze. "Well of course hun! You don't need to ask, but I appreciate it!"

They headed up towards her bedroom. On e she stepped in, it was a massive shock to her system.

"I-I... I earned all of these?!?"

"Yeah... you worked really hard throughout high school..."

Mandy walked around her room looking at all of the awards she had recieved.

"I... I just don't remember any of it... I don't remember doing any of the school work, everything I've learned... nothing..."

She approached the bookshelf that was piled high with novels that Mandy had read a few times over.

"I've never read any of these books..." She said shaking her head.

Jeremy walked towards his girlfriend and wrapped his arms tightly around her as she cried into his chest.

"I can't believe this is happening... I just can't..."

Jeremy ran his hand through her golden mane. "Shhh it'll all be okay hun. You'll see. We'll go back to the mall tomorrow and get everything figured out."

Even with all of the mixed emotions she was feeling, her slit was aching for some reason...

"Well... just in case that doesn't happen, let's make love tonight while I'm still somewhat myself..." She said with a sniffle.

"Baby... the old you wanted to wait for marriage..."

Her brilliant blue eyes pleaded with him.

"Please Jeremy... Just do this for me..."

Jeremy crumbled. They began slowly and sensuously kissing each other, discarding one piece of clothing at a time.

Jeremy had seen his girlfriend naked a handful of times, yet she had never seemed more beautiful than she did right now. Her skin seemed clearer... not a spot of acne in sight and it seemed to have a light tan.

Her natural scent had even seemed to change. She smelled of peaches.

He frowned as he shook his head in a negative manor.

But instead of stopping, Mandy shrugged. "Well... just pull out when you get close okay?"

He nodded. "How did she even know what that meant?"

Jeremy was laying with his back on the mattress as Mandy gently lowered herself onto him feeling all of his ten inches ease into her.

It started out slow and passionate. They kissed, they moaned together. Jeremy's hands traveled from her slight hips down to her small derriere. He began massaging it which only seemed to drive his girlfriend more wild.
