The Changing Mirror

Question just hit me out of nowhere and was curious whether you guys find yourselves getting turned on by your own work. On the one hand, I assume most people prefer the novelty of reading unfamiliar concepts, but on the other hand, I guess there's nothing that would fit your own niche as a reader more than the stuff you choose to write.

I'm usually more turned on by the idea before I've written it than I am by the story after I've written it.

More so if I haven't read it in a while.

It's weird, the few things I've written perfectly cater to my tastes, they're everything I would want someone else to write. But... they just don't really fo it for me once they've been written :/ tad strange

Very rarely, yes, but most of the time, no. It is hard to let go of seeing it as a work product sometimes.

In a word Yes. After all, they are my own twisted fantasies put in writing.

No, with the exception of certain scenes and that is more in the planning stages.

Being horny is a prerequisite. I wouldn't have any interest in writing them if I wasn't already turned on.

I dont write tf erotica unless it turns me on. Almost exclusively, all of my work contains things that are exciting for me.

What a great question. I am like most of the other here would say yes in part. There are definately certain scenes in my stories that I enjoy and revisit from time to time, but I don't tend to read my own stuff too much. I guess I would do that if I could find nothing new to read that excted me so on those occasions, yes I have dipped back into my stuff
