It's been a long, long time since we have been able to read any new eroticism from Altra Transformer. He has been truly missed, and I am glad that he is back to publishing.
In this work, he continues the story of Dr. Heather Jekyll and her sexually uninhibited alter ego, Destiny Hyde. Destiny is now truly in charge of their lives. Heather's role is to be the public face and operator of a Women's Wellness Clinic, which allows Destiny to transform several staid female patients into sexually liberated women, beginning with Heather's prudish mother, April. Thus, much of the tale is about other women's erotic exploits, including April, now a hot cougar, who nightly seduces men and women. With her own supply of the special formula, April occasionally helps a sexual deprived woman experience the joys of uninhibited sex. There are plenty of scenes of dour, sexually reserved, and plain looking women transforming into sluts with porn star bodies and having insatiable needs for sex of all kinds. The happy sluts come back to report about their new lascivious lives to Heather/Destiny as part of their treatment. Destiny is inspired by hot renditions of her patients' exploits to turn the office visits into fully participatory physical examinations. Even more than in the past works by Altra Transformer, this story follows the women's sexual adventures after their transformation.
My complaint is that there are many annoying grammatical errors, especially at the beginning, that make it difficult to follow the story.
Note I have made some minor edits to address the Grammatical errors.

This is a collection of short stories, each about a woman or small group of women, who, when the stories begin, are all sexually conservative. For a variety of reasons, they all try smoking a brand of cigarettes called "Street Walker Slims." With the first whiff of the cigarette’s smoke, an unexpected sweetness delightfully tempts the woman to drag fully on the cigarette, filling their lungs with magical vapors that penetrate into the core of their beings. Soon, the women become endowed with bodies of porn stars and the morals of sluts, whose lifestyle they wholeheartedly adopt. The newly-minted nymphos are not submissive bimbos. Most become brazen whores and all aggressively seduce men and women in their unmitigated need for erotic gratification. To that end, they eagerly use the enchanted cigarettes to enthrall other men and women into lives of unending debauchery.
What makes these stories so sexually arousing for the reader is the erotic lifestyle portrayed by Altra Transformer. We sense the sexual heat intensify in each woman as she is adorned with slutty make-up and attired in sexy clothing. Even more erotic is the description of the sluttish behavior they assume: lascivious leers, half lidded stares, filthy, erotic language spoken to entice and seduce, white hot sexual gratification when each is uninhibitedly screwing, and the arrogant exultation in her sexual powers. Throughout, Altra Transformer evokes the erotic nature of women smoking: the seductively curling smoke rising from full, scarlet-painted lips, aggressively blown plumes of smoke, hot, sexy vapors shared by lovers in passionate kisses. Central to all the stories is the freeing of each woman from the stultifying confines of her life: be it from the strictures of her professional life, or from her life as a devoted wife, girlfriend, or model mother, in a phrase, from society’s constraints to be the good girl. Now the women can be their true selves: badass sluts, totally wanton, completely given over to their primal desires and pleasures, and arrogantly unapologetic about who they are, what they want, and how they act. Certainly, none wants to go back.
