The Changing Mirror

I'm looking for a specific story that I may have seen linked here but could be mistaken. The story is about a girl who used to bully another, applying for a job and getting it. The bullied girl is the owner of the company and has her wear her old clothes and similar things. Eventually it's revealed the whole company is run this way and she becomes a slave of the executive.
