Trying to find a story that was possibly on this site of Giantess World.

It's told from either a 1st or 3rd person perspective and is about a guy that started getting sick in high school until he moved away for college. After that, he had a full recovery.

His ex girlfriend comes to visit and it's revealed that she was the cause of his sickness. The more time she spends close to him, the more he degenerates and the more brilliant and beautiful she becomes. He tries to resist her but can't.

The story ends with his vision going black and then an epilogue. In the epilogue, she's become a famous athlete (either wnba or volleyball) and is very tall, confident, beautiful and busty. People question how she ended up with her short, drooling mess of a boyfriend but she seems to love him regardless.
