Hi, i'm looking for a breast attribute theft story i seem to have lost & can't remember it's name.

It was about a flat chested high school girl, who was being mocked by the bustier cool girls, they called themselves the D cup gang, or something like that. She goes on to gain the ability to steal boob size, she proceeds to steal some boob size at a public pool, then from her bullies & eventually becomes just as bad as the girls who used to bully her.
