First off, thanks very much. I felt bad for taking so long but hopefully worth the wait.

And I appreciate the feedback. We are of the same mind re: “don’t stay at the party too long”. I’ve been trying to make my stories more compact lately and I’m happy with the results/trend. I still feel like “Roomies” was one of my best yet.

As for this one...I had a little something in mind. Not sure if I’ll keep going but if I do I’ll make sure it’s quality.

if you’re satisfied with the story as is, leave it as is. it’s your story. you know what’s best for it.

for my part, returning to that run-in with me wonderful would bookend the story perfectly.

but then, I rarely enjoy a wg story that ends with the protagonist under 400 lbs, linear or otherwise
