It's ebook only so I think only on the .com address. I think all Amazon customers can order from that page no matter what Amazon country code their account is on. If I am wrong and anyone knows how to get it on Amazon.co.uk could they please advise?

Both your titles are on Amazon UK now, not sure what's going on with Amazon as they seem to add titles then delete them.
